If you do not receive a confirmation of purchase email within a few minutes, please email the support team: support@giftvouchersolutions.com.

A €2 handling fee is applied to vouchers sent by email and SMS to register your voucher with a Secure QR Code and 7 day support service. If we send emails where a mailbox is full, a server is down or firewalls are present, the email may be delayed or may not be delivered.

Gift Vouchers & Luxury Gift Boxes are posted same day if ordered by 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Printing, Postage & Packaging charges will apply.

All gifts are sent 1st Class Post or International Airmail. Please note, during these unprecedented times, Royal Mail continue to work hard to collect, process and deliver the UK’s mail. However, despite their best endeavours, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices.
Please do not query the delivery status of your gift until 5 working days have passed.
