We reserve the right to refuse payment by gift voucher if the voucher is not presented 4.Dinner reservations are required and can be done using the online booking system on our website or by calling the restaurant directly quoting ref no to be redeemed. 5.When ordering a Gift Voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly as we cannot re-issue the voucher. 6.Vouchers are only valid until the date specified on the voucher, after this date no exchange or refund for out of date vouchers is possible. 7.Vouchers are considered to be cash in terms of security. We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. 8.
