Terms and Conditions: • A Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Voucher. • When ordering a Gift Voucher, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Voucher. • Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months. The validity date is stated on the Gift Voucher. • Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. • If the Gift is not redeemed in full, another gift voucher will be issued for the unused difference. • They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the card on payment of the difference. • We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances. • Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed at Ottolenghi Deli’s, Restaurants,NOPI and ROVI. • Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed via telephone/mail-order or online. • We reserve the right to amend these terms & conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so. • Your data is stored by us for the creation and distribution of gift vouchers. Personal Information captured includes: Purchasers Name (s), Purchasers/Recipients email, Purchasers/Recipients Phone Number, Purchasers/Recipients Address. No payment information is stored or processed by us, we use a Trusted 3rd party payment processor. I agree to Ottolenghi storing the voucher information supplied for the purposes of voucher creation and delivery.
