Important Information

A £1 handling fee is applied to vouchers sent by email or SMS text to register your voucher with a 2D QR Security Code. If we send emails where a mailbox is full, a server is down or firewalls are present, the email may be delayed or may not be delivered.

Gift Vouchers & Luxury Gift Boxes are posted same day if ordered by 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Printing, Postage & Packaging charges will apply.

All gifts are sent 1st Class Post or International Airmail. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, however delivery can take 2-5 working days during busy periods.
Please do not query the delivery status of your gift until 5 working days have passed.

‘Headstart’ Course

Keen to get started? Roadwise Driver Training offers a 2 hour off-road training course designed to equip young people for the challenges of the mainstream road traffic environment. ‘Headstart’ course is most effective if undertaken in the months leading up to a person’s 17th birthday, just prior to them taking their first on-road lesson. The venue we use for this training is Grampian Transport Museum, Alford, Aberdeenshire and AECC in Aberdeen city. Provisional licence is not required.

Roadwise Pass Plus Course

Pass Plus is an established training course aimed at new license holders. It was designed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) with the help of insurers and the driving instruction industry. Pass Plus is a modular course and training is given in town, on rural roads, dual carriageways, motorways and at night.
