Hope Street Hotel & The London Carriage Works exclusive Events are now available to purchase securely online. Personalise an event voucher, add a message, preview and send it instantly by eMail or 1st Class Post.

Your data is stored by us for the creation and distribution of gift vouchers. Personal Information captured includes: Purchasers Name (s), Purchasers/Recipients email, Purchasers/Recipients Phone Number, Purchasers/Recipients Address.

No payment information is stored or processed by us, we use a Trusted 3rd party payment processor for secure online payments - www.securetrading.com using PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, please click on the PayPal logo and select "Check Out as a Guest’ on their secure payment page. This will enable you to enter your credit or debit card details.

Important Information

A £1 handling fee is applied to vouchers sent by email or SMS text to register your voucher with a 2D QR Security Code. If we send emails where a mailbox is full, a server is down or firewalls are present, the email may be delayed or may not be delivered.

Gift Vouchers & Luxury Gift Boxes are posted same day if ordered by 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Printing, Postage & Packaging charges will apply. Please note that gift envelopes will be sealed, you can view your voucher using the link emailed to you at time of purchase.

The last posting day for Christmas 2019 is Friday the 20th of December. All gifts are sent 1st Class Post or International Airmail. Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day, however delivery can take 2-5 working days during busy periods.
Please do not query the delivery status of your gift until 5 working days have passed.

Airmail aims to deliver in 5 working days, but can take up to 10. Please do not query the delivery status of your Airmail gift until 10 working days have passed.

We are excited to welcome back to our comfortable residents lounge, our wonderfully talented friends from PARRJAZZ - run by musicians, for musicians and music lovers. Sit back on a cosy sofa and sip on your favourite cocktail or relax at a table soak in the sounds of smooth jazz. A lovely evening, perfect for date night or a night with friends. The music will start at 8pm but our residents' lounge will be available for you to get comfy and settled from 7pm.

Our friends from Liverpool Cheese Company will host a fascinating evening of cheese - culture and history. They will be joined by TLCW’S Sommelier Matthew Cooke who has expertly paired the selection of wines. Ten different cheeses accompanied by five different wines, all served with plenty of traditional accompaniments. Available on 27 February 2020, 21 May 2020, 2 July 2020, 24 September 2020.
